The truth about owning a gym

Most Gym Owners Learn It the Expensive Way

The wrong building. The wrong equipment. Pricing that doesn't cover the bills. Members who stop paying and nobody chases them.

  • Thinking about opening a gym and don't know where to start? This is for you.
  • In the middle of opening and scared you're about to overpay for everything? This is for you.
  • Open, but members come and go and revenue won't move? This is for you.
  • Working nonstop and the gym still isn't where you want it? This is for you.

Trust me, I've been there. I know exactly how that feels, and I know how to get you out.

Started in 2018, no investors

I came to the U.S. from Mexico and was working in my dad's tire shop at 10.

At 19, I dreamed of owning a gym. From 19 to 23 I saved every dollar, drove across the country to hand-pick my machines, and opened my first gym in 2018. No business background. No investors. I put every dollar back in.

Eight years later, Roman Empire Gym has done millions of dollars in revenue, and lifters drive in from all over the Houston area to train here.

Along the way I made mistakes that cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. You don't have to.

Questions

Before You Apply

Is $1,500 really worth it?

Think about what one fix is worth to your gym: a better price, members who actually pay, more money coming in every day. Use one thing I teach you and this call pays for itself. I've put $5M+ into my gym learning what works. You get two hours of it.

I haven't opened yet. Is this too early?

It's the best time. The most expensive mistakes happen before you open: the building, the size, the layout and the equipment.

I've been open for years. Is this still for me?

Yes. Billing, collecting from members who don't pay, pricing, your team and extra revenue are all on the table. See the full list of topics above.

Is it really you on the call?

Yes. It's a 1:1 Zoom with me, not someone on my team.

What if two hours isn't enough?

I review your gym before we talk, so we skip the basics and go straight to your biggest problems. Come with your top questions ranked.

How does applying work?

Fill out the short form. My team reaches out to set up a quick discovery call. If we believe I can help, you pay to lock in your time, then we meet face-to-face on Zoom.

Can I get a refund?

Every sale is final. This is my personal time, so there are no refunds.
